What to Expect

We utilize a system of adjusting techniques that promote the body’s instinctive abilities to heal itself. Chiropractic adjustments help to eliminate what stands in the way of this innate process and therefore recover from stress and maintain health.  In our practice we focus on spinal, cranial and extremity adjusting to correct and prevent spinal subluxation. Spine care is supported as needed by extremity adjusting, soft tissue orthopedics, nutrition, functional neurology, and exercise management.
